Is it possible to have 2 slicers or many slicers in a page but can only filter based on 1 slicer at a time. I have 2 slicers and i have to make sure either 1st or 2nd slicer can be used at a time. If i have made a selection in 1st slicer then 2nd should select all and vice versa.

Possibly, can you provide some sample/example data and expected output. I have done a lot of tricky things with slicers to manipulate their default behavior. I don't think any of these do exactly what you want but they may give you ideas:
