Dynamic score base on combine keys & values

hi everyone, 

I have very complicate case need to be work on PowerBI. here it is high level logic of case.
I have 2 tables

Table 1: key-value (have 16 keys & values)

Table 2: Score

all value of keys can change by parameter

What if key1 value is = GENERATESERIES(0, 100, 1)

we expectation show correct new score when value of each key change

(my current dashboard doesnot show correct New Score)

Any helps to correct visualize?

I am new of this community, so I dont know how to add powerBI test file and test data here, any suggestions?

the number of keys on each record Priority can change based on data.

What I get here that the cases where multiple keys are used you need to add both key values so that you can get the updated values. 

Hope this would help resolving your issue.
