Dynamic ribbon content based on view disappeared

After kids touched my laptop, dynamic ribbon disappeared..

I´d like see it again - but didn´t find the way how to do it. 

I´ve tried File/option,settings/...     but still no idea...

Please, could you help me? Thanks
