@Anonymous , the Measure name can not be dynamic yet. You can only create a dynamic title as of now.
Measure = format(maxx(allselected('Date'), 'Table'[Date]), "MMM-YYYY") & " vs" & format(eomonth(maxx(allselected('Date'), 'Table'[Date]),-1) , "MMM-YYYY")
@Anonymous check my blog post here Improve UX: Show Year in Legend When Using Time Intelligence Measures | PeryTUS IT Solutions, I have done the similar to show previous year and current year, you can use the same technique for the previous month and use it in any visual.

Hi ,
I want to get previous month name dynamically for the selected month
Like if I select vmarch-2022 it must show Feb 2022 as column header
I'm trying to create it in field paramaetres but it's not affecting correctly
.
Please help me
I am doing this exact thing but the issue I have is.....my matrix with headers is quite wide and has horizontal scrolling. I have 12 card visuals to use as dynamic headers but when the matrix is scrolled right or left....the card visuals do not scroll with it. Did you have this issue?
