Dynamic parent/child parameter slicer

Power BI file is here:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LKAvDaMCVBLLkhMiEU8wrsKpnOBLFVWD/view?usp=sharing

Screen shot below.

What I'm trying to do is to filter a numerical hierarchy (maybe not the same way PowerBI defines hierarchy) so that the user's selections in a dropdown slicer are limited by selections in a parent dropdown slicer.

In the screenshot below, the "Total Equities" slicer offers a range of 0 to 100.  As shown, the SELECTEDVALUE is 60.

Beneath that, I'd like the dropdown slicer for "Public Equities" to offer a range of 0-60, based on the selected value of 60.  Assume that the user selects 40.

Beneath that, I'd like the dropdown slicer for "S&P 500" to offer a range of 0-40 and beneath that, I'd like the dropdown slicer for "MSCI World" to offer a range of 0-20.

etc.

Thanks!

This looks similar to your previous post here:
