Dynamic formatting on a report made on PBI data source

Hi experts

 

I'm currently working on a PowerBI report based on a data source connected to another report. I've created a new measure for this new report, but when I try to change the format to dynamic (working with decimals and percentages simultaneously on a given measure), it takes me back to keep the datatype on the data source (old report), eventhough I'm able to change the format to any other type on this new report (decimal, integer, percentage,...) I can't change it to dynamic formatting.

 

Any advice on this? it's impossible maybe? any other solution?

    Smackcat I could be wrong but I don't think that is possible. Maybe do it as a source dataset or add a new measure in the report and apply the dynamic format to it. I will avoid the 2nd option if I can.
