Dynamic format %, Number, and Date

Hi all!    Question..what syntax does it need to show the correct "dd-mm-yyy" in the dynamic format option? decimal and percentage are fine, but the date is not..is there a solution?     ...

    Hi  RH205 
    Just a quick reminder that the engineer has already shared the recommended syntax for displaying dates in the dd-mm-yyyy format using the FORMAT()  function in DAX.

    Example:

     

    FormattedDate = FORMAT('YourTable'[DateColumn], "dd-mm-yyyy")

    If the dynamic format option still isn't reflecting this as expected,

     

    feel free to share where you're applying it (e.g., card, matrix,) so we can assist further.

thanks, but this is not helping me. I read the documentation and used multiple formats, but it does not change..
