Dynamic column in matrix

Hello all,
In my report i have few slicers like employees , team leads etc....in matrix i want to dynamically display columns of slicer selections. Suppose if i select employee slicer, employee column should get added up to the matrix and if i uncheck it it should be removed. Also, if i select both at a time like employee and teamleads, both columns should get displayed with hierarchy relation(team lead1---->employees, teamlead2--->employees)
