Dynamic colour to a table based on increases/decreases in data

I am trying to create a table that emulates the Tableau predecessor below:

I'm particularly struggling with the green/red colouring to show whether there has been an increase or descrease in the data since last refresh.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Many thanks.
