Dynamic calculation workingsdays

I need a measure to calculate the workingsdays dynamic based on a condition.

This condition is based on a slicer. 
Please take a look @ the test file with the expected results.

I don't understand what you want me to look at. I see the following in your testfile:

 The blog I shared doesn't talk about any disconnected table.

Please be detailed on what issue you are facing.
