    You can try this meaure:

    Output
    = IF (
        HASONEVALUE ( table[Categories] ),
        SUM ( table[value1] ) * SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Parameter1'[value] )
            + SUM ( table[value2] ) * SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Parameter2'[value] )
