Dynamic Top N% on a measure

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone will be able to help. I am looking to see how I can create a dynamic N% on a measure. I have the following measure which sums the total sales for each customer in a matrix table:

Sales per customer = CALCULATE(SUMX('Products','Products'[Price]))

My question is how can I create a dynamic Top N% slicer where I can select the top percentage of customers of all total sales? I tried following the steps in this tutorial (Approach 2) but the solution works on a calculated column instead of a measure. The reason I want to use a measure is because I want to add other filters on the page where the user can select different products and is able to see the Top N% of that product only.

Thank you
