Dynamic Title Nothing Selected

Hi,   I've got a dynamic title which runs off a slicer which works fine as below.   How would I amend this to display something when no filter is selected as currently both options show together ...

    Have you tried to do something similar to this?:

    Growth =

var result=
  "" &
  CONCATENATEX (
   'Measure','Measure'[Measure Name],
     
        " ,")
    & " Growth YoY %"

return if(selectedvalue[slicerField]="","My title",result)
