Dynamic Periods for Fiscal Year
Hello all,
I am creating a Period Table as shown on Chris Webb's blog: Chris Webb's BI Blog: Creating Current Day, Week, Month And Year Reports In Power BI Using Bidirectional Cross-Filtering And M (crossjoin.co.uk)
with the extra bit to add the financial calendar from here: Create Dynamic Periods for Fiscal or Calendar Dates in Power BI - FourMoo | Power BI | Data Analytics
The problem is that my financial months don't always start on the same day of the month and the length of the month is either 28 days (4 weeks) or 35 days (5 weeks).
In my calendar table, I have the following:
Fist_day_in_year / Last_day_in_year
Fist_day_in_quarter / Last_day_in_quarter
First_day_in_month / Last_day_in_month
First_day_in_week / Last_day_in_week
Is there a way to create Current Month To Date/Current Quarter To Date/Current Year To Date/Rolling Month/Rolling Quarter/Rolling Year using Chris Webb's method?
Thank you!
