How can I change the min and max values of a "Between" slicer dynamically based on another slicer selection in Power BI?
I have two slicers in my report:
Units → a "Between" slicer
Fund → a drop-down slicer
Both columns (Units and Fund) come from the same table.
Requirement:
When a user selects a fund in the Fund slicer, the Units slicer should automatically update its minimum and maximum range based on that fund’s data.
Example:
Fund Gurjan → Units range should be 16 to 150
Fund Pristine → Units range should be 80 to 300
So if a user selects Gurjan in the Fund slicer, the Units slicer should only show 16–150. If they select Pristine, it should show 80–300.
Solved! Go to Solution.
If they are from the same table then just click on Funds Slicer then edit interactions and set the Units slicer to filter based on the selection of Funds. This should do the trick
