Dynamic Format Data Labels not working in charts

I've created a measure with dynamic format (April 2023 version) It is working fine in matrix but when I put it in a chart (bar/line) - it is not working. (I try to change "Display Units" from "Auto"...

I am having a similar issue when trying to display time values (e.g. 9hr 37min 16sec, or 54min 23sec, or 00:30:59) using dynamic formatting. I have also tried selecting 'none' as the axis format.
