Dynamic Format - Able to have different format in tooltip?

I'm using dyanmic formatting to round currency amounts above $1M to something like $4.1M rather than $4,100,000. However, the tooltip also shows $4.1M. Is there a way for the visual to show $4.1M, but the hover tooltip show the full amount such as $4,100,000?
