    Hi jimithill ,

     

    According to your description, is the Dynamic Color you are referring to a custom conditional format?
    The latest version of powerbi desktop has a great update for this. But this feature is still there: Format your visual->value->color to set it.


    If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and the relevant screenshots are described. Looking forward to your reply.

This only chnages the colour of the Axis values, not the bar colour.
