Dynamic Changing X Axis on Chart based on Slicer Selection

Hi Experts

Not sure how to do the following, Need a way using three slicers or another means to have the ability to do the following ie.  dynamically change the x axis to reflect the following:

1. User Selects Year and only the years are show as in the PBIX in the link.

2. User Selects a particular year and that years is only shown

3. Then as per point 2. user has the ability to select months on next slicer and all the months for that year are shown.

4. Then if the user want to change months to Quarter periods in that year thay can.
