From the Chart of Accounts table shown in the screenbshot of Power BI below, there is the Account Category field.
I'd like to duplicate this column (field).
Using the duplicate (and the original) column, I can filter.
For the duplicate, I would filter to only show the "Cost of Goods Sold" account category.
For the original, I would filter to only show the "Income" account category.
Then, I would be able to display amounts for each of the two categories in separate columns.
Ultimately, I'd like to have a report that looks like the second screenshot below.
So, is such a duplication of a column possible?
