Duplicated rows after creating calculated table

As checked the formula of calculated table, it involves 3 tables: Table1, Table2 and Table3. Is there any relationship among these 3 tables? If yes, please provide the relationship info(cardinality, direction etc.). Could you please provide some raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with some example and screenshot?
