Duplicate Value Count

ALLSELECTED has no meaning in a calculated colum. You can also drop the OrderBy.
Count2 = ROWNUMBER(SUMMARIZE('Table',[Predecessr],[FollOn Doc]),PARTITIONBY([Predecessr]))
