Dual x axes chart with overlapping values

Hi All,

I want to create a cluster chart with a trend line whose x axes might have overlapping values viz,(init date,rev date).The x axis values ideally looks like Apr'23,May'23 and so on.How to do this.Y axis bar shows the corresponding numbers to init date and line shows count numbers corrersponding to rev date.

you can create a coombination of stwo charts and use trasperant background on the top chart. what i mean is use two charts overlapping each other.
