Dual KPI visual no longer working

Hi, I downloaded the Dual KPI visual about 2-3 weeks ago but now it doesnt seem to be working any more. My understanding was that this is a certified free Microsoft visual but it seems to be behaving like a trial visual. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Shingai_Matika ,

    AFAIK, most of custom visuals not require any additional licenses.(dual kpi visual is free to use)

    Have you succeeded create dual kpi visual based on your table fields? If not, I think this should more related to your design steps, please share some sample data for test.
