Hello,
Here's what i need to do:
A page (refered as page 1) that only has a dropdown filter for companies and a button for applying the filter. As the user clicks on this button, I need it to navigate to another page (page 2) in wich will have the dashboard with the graphs already filtered by this selected company.
I also need that, when in page 2, the dropdown company filter doen't allow blank. I mean, i don't want the user to clear the company name filter without selecting another. I'm currently using the Okviz Filter in Pro Version, but, if it is only possible in another visual, i'm open to try.
Hope i made my needs clear and i will be looking foward for your help. Thanks.
Hi, @tiagopardo
According to your description, you want to implement a page jump with a button that forces the slicer in Page1 to select a company when jumping.
1. You can make the drop-down slicer radio (if possible, the radio button will be selected automatically), create a Bookmark in Page2, and bind the button created in Page1 to the Bookmark to accomplish your needs;
2. If the radio does not meet your needs, you can create the exact same slicer in Page2 and Page1, bind the two slicers as synchronized slicers; choose any option in the slicer, create a Bookmark in Page2, bind the state of the option, and if the slicer in Page2 affects your visual effect, you can hide it (remember to update the BookMark)

Hello friend,
Thanks for your reply.
In this case, can't use the drop-down slicer radio because there are too many companies to select.
In your solution, if i got it right, the user would be able to dont select any company in the first page and click in the button that navigates to the second page. Is that correct? If so, that is right what i want to avoid. I want the user to be able to change through companies but never leave the company selection blank before applying filter.
Is there a solution for that?
Hi, @tiagopardo
If you try my method, you'll see that regardless of whether the user selects the slicer in Page1 or not, when he clicks the button to jump, the slicer in Page1 selects a value, and there is no empty selection.
