Dropdown filter placeholder

Hi all   Does anyone know if it is possible to set a placeholder in a dropdown menu like this?   Thanks in advance!

    Hi, the slicer visualization has the option to change the filter as DropDown. Just click the small down arrow.

    If you don't like the visualization you can always search for a custom visual like smartFilter by OkViz
