I added two filters to my report.
One is a drop down filter and other is a list. When I click on the drop down it opens on the list filter covering it. Now when i click the drop down check box, it inadvertantly checks the underlying filter but cannot be seen that it got checked.
This can cause major bugs in data visualization as user doesnt realize that the filter got applied..

According to current description, it's not very clear about your scenario. Could you post some images to describe the problem you encountered. If possible, please share your .pbix file so that I can check for you.
