Drillthrough should not affect the slicer

I have a report for account that drillthroughs to another page called account analysis.

When we drillthrough from an account to an Account Analysis page, it shows only the selected Parent Account Name in the slicer. To see the rest of the Account Name we need to remove the filter from the right side Parent Account Name in Filters On This Page. 

Is there a way to see all the other Parent Account including the selected Account in the slicer when we drillthrough and come to this page.

Or if there is any other way I can see the Parent Account including the selected Account in a dropdown option.
