Drillthrough Bullet Chart

Purpose: Use a bulletchart that allows drillthrough.   

Background: I am creating a page in Power BI that compares Actual vs Budget. I'm using a Bullet Chart to compare my actual value against my target budget value per account. When accounts are over budget, I anticipate my user using drillthrough to go to an Account Detail page. The bullet chart should allow them to drill through on an account to an Account Detail page. 

Is there any bullet chart that allows drillthrough?
