Dear Power BI Representative,
I have a data model containing an aggregated header fact table connected to a detail layer fact table joined by a key field.
I have two pages. One page contains the header visulization based on the header fact table and the second page contains the detail visualization based on the detail table.
I currently have the aggregated metric from the header table on the detail page under the drillthrough section as a summarized drill through
however when I go to the header visualization and select the drill through using the aggregated metric, the detail page drill through filters populate
based on the header filter contexts on the far right however the detail visualization outputs all records instead of those based on the header drill through filter contexts.
Is it possible to drill through with header to detail visualizations when each visualization originates from two separate tables in the data model? If so,
could you please tell me what I am missing in this approach?
Thank you.
@lt79_Pax , There is a hack for it. Drill through using card visuals. See if that can help or give new idea achieve what you want
