Drill through shows only current period, not YTD

I have a report that is YTD filtered by quarter.   If I drill thru by doctor to another page with details it only gives me details for the current quarter, not all YTD.   Is there a way to drill thru to YTD data?

Agree with Ritaf1983's, I hope you can provide sample data and expected results so that we can better understand your problem. It is difficult for us to accurately create sample data for testing based on your description. Thank you!

Sorry if I was unclear.   I have a visual on one page with the total charges YTD for each doctor.  I made a seperate sheet with individual office visits and made it so I could drill thru by doctors name.  I have a quarterly filter on the first visual.  So say I set the filter to second quarter.  If I drill thru I will only get the second quarter detail, not the YTD detail thru the second quarter.

If the measure is correct then you should see the YTD result with the drill through as well :

If in your case is something else :

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot).
Do not include sensitive information. Do not include anything that is unrelated to the issue or question.
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided.
