Drill through is not visible

Hi,

When I right-click on a visual drill-through option is not available. Am I missing any configuration?

I have also enabled the 'Cross-report Drillthrough' option in the Report settings.

If you want to enable "Drill Through" to a different page on the same report then you dont need to enable "Cross report drill through". First create a drill through page categorize a page as drill through page, and add the Fields into the drill through well, on top of which you want to enable Drill through and then when you hover over a visual which is having those fiels will show that option "Drill Through"

I belive since you enable on-object feature in your power bi desktop you are not able to see drill through config options in format menu, now is it changed

Indeed, as tharunkumarRTK mentioned, when you want to use the Power BI cross-report drillthrough feature, you need to set up a drillthrough target page. Below is a screenshot from the relevant documentation:

Additionally, if you are using the service, you need to enable the following switch:

For more details, please refer to the documentation:

Thank you for the comprehensive answer @Anonymous. Good to know that it needs to be enabled in the PowerBI service as well.
