I have a chart showing helpdesk tickets.
Each bar is a customer, the count is the total number of tickets in the time period. The segments within the bar are a breakdown of the total tickets by category.
I have a tabular report that shows the details of the tickets and can drill through to it
The drill through section on the tabular report looks like this
My problem is when I drill through it only shows me the tickets of the type that are in the segment I right clicked on. Here I have right clicked on the first segment of the first row which has 4 tickets and it has passed in the ticket type from the stacked chart segment
What I would like is to drill through and see all 17 rows in my tabular report. Is there any way to have the drill through work for the whole bar as opposed to just that specific segment?
I think what I want is "Keep some filters" as a concept. I want to keep the customer and date filters from the bar chart, but not pick up on the ticket type from the bar segment if that makes sense.
Have you tried setting up drill-through for row category only?
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.
