Drill down

Is there a way to have a drill down that will also show a matrix like data set when I click on one of my clustered bar chart bars? Also how can I put the internal FTE's at the top instead of the External. Lastly how can I get rid of that gap that is betwen the purple and red extranl bars

@walker8888 there is no way to change the visual when you drill down, best could be to add a matrix visual on the same page, and on a click of a data point (bar), the matrix will get filtered or use a custom tooltip page that can show the matrix on hover over (might not be practical if the matrix contains lots of data)
