Drill Through is Not Showing All Items - One Category Appears to Be Omitted, No Obvious Cause

Hi All,

I am currently building a drill-through, but am having an issue in that when I ‘drill through’ it is not giving me all of the information that I should.

I have a slicer on the left-hand side that allows the user to filter to show actions that are Already Overdue, Due Before Month-End or Not Overdue.

When I select ‘Already Overdue’ and ‘Due Before Month-End’ in the slicer, a matrix visualisation shows me that I there are 181 high risk actions overdue or due before month-end:

But when I drill through that figure of 181, the drill through page only shows details of the 37 actions ‘due before month-end’ and does not show the details of the actions ‘already overdue’

When I go back to the main page and select only ‘Already Overdue’ in the slicer, the matrix tells me that I have 144 high risk actions already overdue:

But when I drill through that figure of 144, the drill through page is blank:

I have also just noticed that if I select 'Not Overdue' only, the drill-through page is also blank, so it appears to only be pulling through info related to actions that are 'Due Before Month-End'.

I am quite new to building drill-throughs, so is there some rule I am unaware of such as you can't have more than 1 category in the slicer selected when drilling through? I can’t see any issues that may be causing this in the filters or visualisation settings. If anyone has any ideas what may be causing this, it would be very much appreciated as I can’t figure it out!

Thank you in advance!

Hi @PowerbyEye

When you drill through from any measure/value, automatically All Filter are applied.
Please see the last screenshot, you should look into the filter which are automatically applied (it is very hard for me to read the text in SNAP)

please apply the same filter in your data view tab and check after applying all filters, how many rows are showing.

This is the point you should analysis and fix the issue.

If you dont want to apply all filter, please clear all filter from drillthrough page and turn off ALL FILTER button
