I have the below matrix with 3 levels of row drilling, PBU, Entity and Plant location.
It works fine in power bi desktop, but when I publish to Power BI Service, I can only see the second level of the drill down, and when I click the + sign to see the thrid level, nothing happens.
Anyone have any idea why this may occur?

Hi, I have the same issue. In my case it works in the Service Workspace but cannot expand in the published app.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Did you enable the "New format pane"?
Best Regards,
Jay
I did and the drill down still shows - signs next to the second level of the hierarchy when I publish to the power bi service and exapand the entire level.

Any solution to this? I've facing the same issue in January 2023...
likewise, 1/9/2024. + icon drills down in desktop but not in web once i publish (+ does nothing after second level drill down but still works in desktop copy as mentioned)
same issue in june 2024, the + button changes to - and does not show anything, while it works fine in the desktop
Is this issue solved? I have the same problem. After publishing the report, last level isn't showed up.

Hello @Anonymous
You will have to expand the matrix by clicking on "+" icon near "baltimore"
