Draw geo grid on map

Hi,

 

I would like to draw geo grids/bins using power BI desktop. The idea is to show KPI  per bin/grid location for example like below

We can prepare coordinates per each grid 4 points (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right) per each grid, with the color (KPI status).

Please advise which data set we need to prepare to achieve this.

      Filled map is a very good start, from filled map to my knowledge it map in to the known location like state, country. Please advise if we can apply the grid value (4 coordinates per grid) as the location.

      How can we apply a filled map, since there is no data to identify an address. What we have is 4 pairs of coordinates for each grid and a measure value.
