Downloading or exporting the desktop report settings

Hello

Please bear with me while I try to explain my request.  My manager would like me to audit all the reports I have generated from our data. Such as the fields and format settings that have been used in the report.

Is this type of information available to download or export?

Hi @vickyjc ,

It is not possible to export all the fields and format settings used in the report in powerbi desktop, but you can use the Performance Analyzer to understand the performance of each of your report elements, such as visuals and DAX formulas, and export this data.
