Q1. Can we export paginated reports to Excel using the free account that created with Power BI Premium account?

Q2.Can we generate paginated reports using Power BI Pro account? If not, what are the limitations? and any articles for reference?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Using the exportToFile API, you can export Power BI paginated reports via REST calls. This approach supports exporting to multiple file formats.
Also note that the user name must be an existing user in the tenant's Azure Active Directory.
