Double data in slicer / charts

Hi all,

I am having the following issue with different dataset (all of them from excel).
Basically Powerbi is duplicating the values and not understanding that they are the same as follow:

as you can see for example here i should have only one row for each value.

What i have to do? i have tried to clean the excel file aligning all the values but it does not work.

you will need to provide more information, can you share some sample data and present how you are getting the data?
