Double data in slicer / charts

Hi all,

I am having the following issue with different dataset (all of them from excel).
Basically Powerbi is duplicating the values and not understanding that they are the same as follow:

as you can see for example here i should have only one row for each value.

What i have to do? i have tried to clean the excel file aligning all the values but it does not work.
