Double X Axis, Axis Values,

How can i replicate this sort of double X axis?                   Many thanks

    Instead of nesting your x-axis you might just create a column that concatenate the 2 values like 1.1, 1.2, 1.3., 1.4, 2.1 ..... 4.4
