Hi
I am trying to produce a dot plt graph that shows seller by cost, with the size of the dot/bubble as the number of sales at that cost, but with data labels of the size of the sale, and ideally would like the colour of each column to be set by function like the inbuilt scatter graph.
I have tried EnhancedScatter and Dot Plot by MAQ, but hitting hurdles with each.
Any help would be much appreciated
Pic 1 attempt with Dot Plot by MAQ, this has the added plus of sorting by teams (but not necessary)
Pic 2 attempt with scatter and assigning Ids to each vendor but if you filter out any it just leaves a gap.
Data sample, on my onedrive.
Hi @Sbudd ,
Do you mean that the colour of the data color is customized differently according to the columns placed on the X-axis?
As far as I know, in Dot Plot by OKViz Visual the colour of the data color is set according to the field placed in the Legend, and the number of options in it is determined by the number of groups of fields placed in the Legend.
If you think Dot Plot by OKViz Visual should have this feature in a future version, we encourage you to provide feedback to the developer of this custom visualisation.
You can find the contact details in the image below.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang

I have just tried Dot PLt by OKviz and unfortunately doesnt give the right data labels, it gives the Values and not the legend, plus you cant set colour by the xaxis. And lastly I need to unsummarize the values so i get all data points in that column.
I much appreciate the suggestion though
