I am working with phone data and I am trying to determine if a missed call was returned or not. The data looks like this.
ANI = Incoming Call # DNIS = Outgoing Call #
In this example you can see the agent missed two calls from the 253 number and then called that same number twice. I have tried duplicating the table, filtering it for outgoing and then creating a relationship ANI to DNIS.. that kinda works but not sure that is the approach seems to take a long time to load, basically doubling the size of the query. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
I didn't see 253 number in your screenshot. Could you pls provide some sameple data (not the screenshot) and the expected output?
