Does duplicating a Query make it run twice?

Hi there,  I am duplicating a query and wondering if I do so, when I hit refresh, will it also run the duplicate seperately even though it has the same source? Or is it smart enough to only run the ...

        Thanks lol, the video helps alot though, referencing apparently works best.
