Does anyone know how I can make bitwise operations?

I would like to check some flags in a column of a table, but it seems that I may not know the Power Query or DAX sintax for this... the SQL code for this would be like: [...] WHERE Flags & (1 << 28) [...].

Can anyone help me out with this, please?

@v-piga-msft thanks for your help! I found an alternative meanwhile, but your documentation refference would have been a viable option too!
