Does Power BI Reapply the steps in Query Editor when Data is Refreshed?

What actually happens when Power BI refreshes your data? Does it redo all the steps in query editor or do you have to go back and do them again each time you refresh the data?

Yes, the queries which you turned on the "refresh option" will re-do these steps each time they refreshes.
