Does PQ allow disable load table ?
Yes. If you uncheck that, it won't load. Note there is a different option there to include in refresh. So tables that are not loading can still be refreshed as part of refreshing queries that are loaded.

Anonymous I didn't get you correctly, but if you want to load selected table in Power BI, you can do so at the time of data loading or you can delete the unwanted table in Power Query.
Hi Sir
May I know how to load selected table ?
can I have the screen shot where to set ?

You can right click on a query and uncheck Enable Load. That way, you can still use a query to make another query and not have to load both.
