Do I have a relationship problem between tables? - Slicer not working

Hi, I am new to PBI so apologise if I am missing something obvious.  I have various charts in my desktop PBI report but 2 of the charts are not working with the slicers:

I have checked that the 'Edit Interactions' is set to Entire Page.  The graphics are pulling in the totals as shown above but when I deselect any of the slicer options the 2 graphs indicated do not update.

Relationships: shown below - I have tried to indicate the links with the colours:

The issue is the Export Value Table.  Each Export Value main document has 1 company but many sales.  Each company has many sales and many Export Value Documents. I have not tried to link the Export Value company to the Sales company because that would be a many to many relationship.  Is anyone able to help with why none of the slicers are affecting the 2 charts?

Hi @Cazzer ,

I see that you have multiple slicers and it seems that the value of one slicer can be filtered by other slicers, this may cause confusion in the slicer as to which key to follow, you can check the "edit interaction" to set the slicer not to be filtered by other slicers.

If I misunderstood the issue, please share .pbix (without sensitive data) for our analysis if possible.

UPDATE - I have also tried a version where I removed the relationship between Export Value & Sales and set the relationship between Companies and Sales and then between Companies and Export Value (i.e. there is no direct relationship between Export Value & sales).  and although I understand this will mean no visuals regarding sales and export value, I was expecting the visuals between Export Value and Company to work with the slicers but they are still not updating.

@Cazzer You need to select a visual and then click on Edit Iteractions in order to check. You will see icons displayed on all other visuals that indicate if they are being filtered or not. The problem could also be the result of a measure calculation that overrides the filter context using ALL, for example.

Thank you for the response @Greg_Deckler .  I have checked Edit interactions for each visual and they are all set to Entire Page, and I also checked all of the measures and I dont think that they are affecting them.
