    Hi manoj_0911 ,

Depending on the way you have your reports built you can use a different manners but depending on the setup you can use a couple of options:

RLS (Row Level Security) at semantic model level:

    • Allow to access the same report with different visualization permissions
    • Scalable if you use dynamic RLS based on user Departments / Login

    Power BI Audiences:

    • This will allow to have different reports available for different users inside the same app since you can define what can be see by each audience
    • Scalable and maintanable if you use the Entra Groups

    Org apps

    • This allow to have multiple apps per workspace going into you Separate apps question

My experience and implementation revolves around a mix of this:

    • RLS implementation
    • Try to generate the reports in a transversal manner so the RLS is were the difference is
    • For specific reports use Audiences inside the apps
    • For specific user create specific apps/workspaces (example: Management, Finance, Operations) this will revolve in very different permissions and reports
